b) High quality solar PV module made of high-efficient solar cells, 3.2mm high-transparent low-iron toughened glass, EVA laminate, water-proof TPT, heavy duty anodized aluminum frames and bypass diodes.

c) Average power of PV modules is within positive tolerance.

d) Maintenance-free plumbous acid batteries special for solar PV system use, with high performance and good safety protection in working with solar PV module.

e) Charging and discharging controller designed specially for solar PV system, with high working life and good protection to battery, and automatically control the turnon and turnoff of light source.

f) LED as light source with high-efficiency @ 65LM/W providing high brightness and saving energy, and its efficiency attenuation is 2% per 10,000 hours which is at very low level.

g) Construction components, such as lamppost, panel bracket, and battery box are made with powder coating, galvanization or stainless steel, and can be safely working in all environmental conditions.
